IU TALKS ABOUT HER RECENT STAGE ACCIDENT

Singer IU recently gave witty remarks about the incident where she almost slipped on stage.

ith her fans.

Bringing back the incident that occurred during IU’s performance at MBC‘s ‘2012 DMZ Peace Concert’, one fan asked, “What were you thinking about the time you almost fell on stage?” IU wittily answered, “If I fall now, the last 2 verses will seem really long!!”

Another fan asked, “Honestly, what do you think about after you trip?” to which IU gave a good laugh to everyone responding, “I hope the audience took a full picture.”

‘Lemona’ hosts a giveaway event with outfits modeled by IU

IU‘s fans will have a chance to win one of her modeled outfits!

On August 21st, vitamin brand Lemona revealed, “We are holding a second relay event in celebration of our homepage renewal as well as the launching of our Facebook page.”

This event will give away outfits IU wore during her advertisement shoot. There are a total of nine items including, sneakers, hoodie, suitcase, a dress, and more. The most appealing prize seems to be the one of a kind army uniform that has IU’s name inscribed on it.

In addition, IU’s autographs will be enclosed with each of the prizes. Lemona’s associate shared, “The first event received a lot of love, but it will be nothing compared to the second event.”

The winners of this giveaway will be revealed on September 12th through Lemona’s official page and its official Facebook page.

On August 23, Sean tweeted a picture with the comment, “I took a picture with the national younger sister today. I look

really big.”

The picture features Sean and IU posing together for the camera. The two stars appeared on MBC’s World Changing Quiz Show and took the picture in a waiting room. IU drew a lot of attention in particular thanks to her beautiful appearance and small face.

f(x)'s Sulli will be singing her best friend, IU's song 'Peach'.

On the 6th episode of To the Beautiful You, that will be aired on the 29th, Sulli will be taking off her disguise as a guy and will participate in a festival, singing 'Peach'.

IU had stated that she wrote the song 'Peach' while thinking about Sulli. When Sulli heard that there would be a scene where she would have to sing a song on stage, she stated that she wanted to sing this song. Many are anticipating to hear how Sulli would perform this song.

Super Junior to Host ‘2012 Incheon K-Pop Concert’ with Kara, SHINee, IU, Fiestar 피에스타 and More.

Incheon shook with the Pentaport Rock Festival in August, and again in September it’ll be having more fun with another K-Pop festival.

The 2012 Incheon K-Pop Concert will be taking place on September 9.

The 2012 Incheon K-Pop Concert will be hosted by Incheon City and overseen by the Incheon Development & Tourism Corporation (IDTC), and has confirmed for its initial lineup 15 of the biggest hallyu stars in the country, such as Kara, BoA, SHINee, IU, 4minute, Girl’s Day, Kim Tae Woo, Boyfriend, Dal Shabet, B.A.P, Jang Wooyoung (2PM), A-Jax, VIXX and Fiestar.

Super Junior will also be present as hosts for the event, which will take place for about three hours. Tickets are due to be made available on August 30, but Korean and overseas fans have already been bombarding the base with inquiries about the tickets and the concert.

The tickets are provided free of charge, and can be reserved through Interpark from August 30. More specifics about the concert have been uploaded on its official webpage.

Through the concert, the IDTC plans to set up Incheon as a musical city before it hosts the 2014 Asian Games and draw more tourists to the city.

More than 10,000 overseas fans are expected to enter Korea for the concert. The event is held every year in autumn, and is part of a project to help draw more tourists to Incheon. In 2011 it drew about 6,500 overseas audiences.
